Some municipalities offer the possibility of performing a civil wedding ceremony at an accommodation, usually in the garden of a villa. Below are examples of accommodations that I work with where a civil wedding ceremony is possible.
FLORENCE AREA
Villa close to Florence
The villa is situated against an old village on top of a hill. It is a magnificent villa that once belonged to the famous Medici family. The legal wedding ceremony can be performed in the villa itself and in the garden, and the dinner and celebration can also be held there. Adjacent to the villa is a hotel with 37 rooms, and throughout the village there are 65 apartments for 2-4 persons.

This farmhouse complex has been transformed into a beautiful accommodation for approximately 40-50 persons. It is situated in the midst of vineyards and olive trees. It is possible to legally marry among the olive trees in the garden of the accommodation.
AREA SAN GIMIGNANO
Villa close to San Gimignano
The civil wedding ceremony can be performed in the garden of this beautiful complex. From this garden you have a stunning view over the Tuscan hills — truly a setting for a dream wedding!
The accommodation is located close to San Gimignano and Volterra. You and your guests can have lunch or dinner and stay overnight at this accommodation. There is space for approximately 90 guests to stay overnight at the accommodation.
Borgo for 50-80 guests
This beautiful borgo is located near Castelfiorentino and the civil wedding ceremony can be performed in the garden. The complex is situated in the heart of the Tuscan hills. It consists of 2 borgos within walking distance of each other. There are 48+3 sleeping places in the main building and approximately 30 more in the annexe.
