Ceremony venues for your wedding
Venues civil wedding
Tuscany offers a wide choice of wedding venues for the civil ceremony. You can think of the Tuscan art cities, the smaller medieval hilltop towns, the Chianti Classico area, the Tuscan coast, and some accommodations offer the possibility of holding the civil ceremony in their garden.
Venues catholic wedding
To be able to marry in a church in Tuscany, the requirement is that at least one of you is baptized and confirmed. Mooitoscane has contacts with various parishes where foreign couples can also marry and where the mass is celebrated in English or German. We also have contact with a Dutch priest who can fly over.
Venues symbolic wedding
In Tuscany it is currently only possible to legally marry at venues designated by the municipality, or to have a Catholic wedding in a church. So if you want to marry at your own dream location, you can opt for a symbolic wedding ceremony.
In Tuscany there are many beautiful wedding venues for your ceremony. I have divided the wedding venues for the legal ceremony into four categories: Tuscan art cities, Tuscan hilltop towns, the Chianti Classico area, and the Tuscan coast, each with their various venues.
These are wedding venues with which I have personal experience.
