I have organised over 300 weddings in Italy for couples from around the world, and I approach every single one with the same enthusiasm as the very first.

My journey as a wedding planner in Italy began in 2001, and in 2007 I opened my own agency. I specialise in civil ceremonies, catholic weddings and symbolic blessings (ceremonies) throughout Tuscany. Would you prefer a different region of Italy? No problem, I am happy to organise your wedding elsewhere in Italy too. I have organised weddings also in Umbria, Liguria, Lazio, Le Marche, Garda lake, Como lake, Amalfi coast, Sicily and Sardinia.

Whether it is an intimate elopement with just the two of you, or a large celebration with family and friends, I offer complete planning tailored to your personal style. Because I live in Italy, I provide on-the-day support in person, professional guidance from A to Z for a warm and stylish wedding in Tuscany.

Civil wedding

A legally recognised ceremony before an Italian registrar, held at a town hall or at a licensed venue in Tuscany. I guide you through all the Italian paperwork.

Religious wedding

Marry in one of Tuscany's magnificent churches, surrounded by ancient stone walls and the warm light of Italy. I support you from the documentation all the way through to the service booklet.

Symbolic ceremony

A blessing or symbolic ceremony at a venue of your choice, complete freedom in form, depth of meaning in feeling. Legally you marry at home before or after.

How does it work? Read the 6 steps below!

Step 1 - First contact & finding your venue

Send an email or fill in the enquiry form at the bottom of this page and we'll plan a no-obligation video call to get to know each other.

Step 2 - Ceremony venue

If you're not marrying at the accommodation where your guests stay, we'll find the perfect spot for your ceremony. Over the years I have built up a curated selection of ceremony venues across Italy: town halls, churches, beaches, historic castles and villas. I also provide full assistance with all legal or religious documentation.

Step 3 - Tailored quote

Once you have seen one or more venues that appeal to you, I will send a personalised quote based on your wishes. Two detailed quotes are completely free of charge. For the planning and coordination of venue visits I ask a deposit for the assitance fee. Once you have confirmed your venue, the venue visits and quotes are included

Step 4 - Securing your venue & wedding planner

You've found the right venue and ceremony location (which can be the same place). You receive a detailed proposal with all the particulars and supplier suggestions. We then secure the accommodation with a contract and deposit, and you confirm my wedding planning services the same way. From this point on, the real planning begins!

Step 5 - Booking wedding vendors

Thanks to many years of experience I have built a wide network of trusted suppliers: photographers, videographers, florists, musicians, DJs, hair & make-up artists, cake designers, caterers, wedding cars, guest transfers, lighting & sound hire, marquees and more. Together we give your wedding the styling and atmosphere that suits you perfectly. With a detailed timeline, run-of-day schedule, mood board and ongoing budget tracking, you can enjoy every step of the preparation and the wedding itself, completely carefree.

Step 6 - On the day coordination

A few days before your wedding we meet for the civil pre-registration (if you are having a legal ceremony) and for a final walkthrough of the schedule on location. On the wedding day itself I am with you from start to finish, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment. I make sure all suppliers deliver exactly as agreed. For larger weddings I am supported by an assistant. Attendance at the welcome dinner or departure day can be booked additionally.

Some couples prefer to book their own suppliers and simply want a professional on the day to take the reins. If that sounds like you, I also offer a day-coordination service, perfect when you have handled the preparation yourself and want peace of mind on the day.
